Barely worn and very fine, the belt is vintage but not original to the dress, the lower back skirt has 3-4 barely perceptible liquid rings about 1-inch each, these are very hard to perceive

Dry clean; or cold hand wash, hang to dry, steam or press on medium to medium-high setting

Solid and strong

It's strong enough to hold it's shape. I attached it with 2 screws, and was able to put 2 power strips inside.
It's a bit annoying to have the big "StarTech.COM" logo on the front, so I mounted it backwards, facing the wall. The whole point of a black tray is to hide things and blend in, not advertise for "StarTech"! So minus 1 star for that.
