It can be simply packed from the top and features a full-length zipper on the front for quick access to gear. Padded shoulder straps and an adjustable chest strap make the backpack comfortable to carry. Two gear loops and a small zippered pocket make it easier to organize the contents. A drink bottle and climbing guide can be conveniently stowed in the elasticated outer pocket for instant access during the initial ascent. If the PIT is fully packed, webbing with a fifi hook enables a rope to be carried on the exterior.
