This is such a showstopper of a dress! It's 1980s Laura Ashley and I truly haven't seen anything like it before in my life. The neckline also has a frill along the front and back of the neckline and has gorgeous puffy capped sleeve. The top of the dress is fitted like a bustier to the waist then the fabric drops really nicely and doesn't puff out too much or seem to heavy.
In great vintage condition for its age with only one tiny little mark I have photographed so you can see it on the sleeve. However, due to the nature and style of the dress, you honestly wouldn't see this on the sleeve because of its style.
