This linen dress features a tie string neckline that can be worn open or tied for more coverage. With three tiers to make it extra full and floaty, this darling will move with you with every step. Cut is so important in these dresses and our founder Janine tweaked and fiddled approximately 137 times to get it right. The secret is the waist seam—it falls lower at the back for an ultra flattering fit. 

How can we not mention those sleeves? Puffy sleeves are on trend this season, but we don’t want to look like we’ve got lampshades on our shoulders. These are soft and floaty. The genius elastic trim allows you to control the poofiness. The shirred sleeve hem adds detail near your elbow so your arms look positively slender.

Repositioning the monitor is smooth and easy — tilt, swivel, height adjustments all work well even with the larger ultrawide panels. One Thing to Watch The tiny limiting screws ship loosely packed inside the arms. They're small and easy to lose if you're not paying attention when you open the box. Dump the contents carefully over a flat surface before digging in. Bottom Line If you're on the fence about a monitor mount, stop overthinking it and grab this one. Initial thoughts
