After Katie Kolodinski found difficulty locating a classic slip dress that was made from natural fibres, she created Silk Laundry. Most slips the designer could find were made from polyester or nylon, both of which do not have a positive effect on our planet. After anchoring its launch to the ‘90s Silk Slip Dress, and with this item remaining a key component of the label's core staples to this day, Silk Laundry chose to expand their sumptuous range.
