A 19th century (c. 1860s-1870s) antique calico dress with drop shoulders, gathered skirt, and button front bodice. The brown leaf print calico fabric is a substantial-weight cotton.

Bust: 42" at max, but will drape on smaller because of pleating/gathering at bodice waist

Waist: 25" (hook and eyes at waist and could be moved to accommodate a 25.5" waist)

Hip: full

Length: 54"

Condition: Very good, particularly for age of dress. A couple mends about 8" from the bottom hem on the back side of the skirt that wouldn't be noticeable because of print, draped skirt, and location (see last close up pic). Also, all but the bottom bodice button was replaced in the dress's history--the other buttons are not antique buttons, but they match the bottom button and look good on the dress, so I left them.
