Tools: You will need a flexible measuring tape.

Bust

Measure your bust at the fullest point. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor. Keep your arms at the side of your body.

Waist

Measure your waist at the smallest part of your torso. This is right under your ribcage, near your belly button. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor.

Hips

Measure your hips at the fullest point. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor.

Shoulder

Measure from where your shoulder meets the top of your arm, or the boniest part of your shoulder, and hold the tape straight across to the tip of your other shoulder blade.

It is a good comprehensive book that goes in to detail into each area of project management, what you should do to be successful and the various places that project managers typically fail. Finally, he covers final deliverables, project closer and doing a project review and releasing resources. I thought it was a very good book, well done and one that any project manager would love to have as a resource.
