Princess Charlotte of Cambridge graciously wore a dress handmade by our atelier during her trip to Canada. To enable each and every little girl to feel like a princess, we have re-edited this dress. Learn more about the story behind this special dress.

Beautifully handmade lavender blue smocked dress. This elegant design features puffed sleeves and a Peter Pan collar both adorned with elegant color embroidery highlighting the smocking across the bodice. It is perfectly finished with a butterfly bow in the back.

See through and jacket has no structure

On the positive side, it does appear to be well made. The stitching is clean, the fit is decent, and overall construction seems solid for the price. However, the material is extremely thin much thinner than expected. It’s so lightweight that it is see-through. Both the jacket and pants are unlined, which makes the suit feel even lighter and less structured. I While I understand seersucker is meant to be breathable and comfortable this isnt even seersucker it is a striped polyester blend material. It may work in very hot climates but if you’re looking for something with more structure or durability, this is not the best option. The fabric feels about as thick as a paper towel. Overall, decent construction, but the thinness and lack of a defined shape and lining are disappointing and makes it almost impossible to wear.
