Measurements and Condition:

Fits like: Petite extra small to small
Fabric: Feels like a wool shell with a cotton lining inside the waistband
Brand: Allen Mfg Co, made in Denver, CO “Western Made for the Westerner”
Condition: Good, with a 1/2” yellow spot on the front of the right hip, a few tiny snags on the middle back of the waist, the top part of the pearl snap is missing on the back left pocket so it doesn't close, and there is some slight shrinkage from being washed but it shouldn’t affect the wearability (only noticeable along the edges/hems)

Waist: 26.5” to 27.5”
Hips: 36” to 38”- taken at the bottom of the zipper opening
Rise: 10”
Inseam: 24.5”
