A beautiful black lace and pink nightgown by my favorite vintage designer "Eye Ful" by the "Flaums".  Eye Ful made the most unique and gorgeous nightgowns and peignoir sets years ago.  

Eye Ful is known for their exquisite detailing and a lot of the sets and nightgowns that I have owned have bows or other appliques on the back or embroidery which is a beautiful and an unexpected touch.  Manufacturers just do not detail sets nowadays as they did the vintage ones as it is not cost effective for them and it is just not done.

A very sophisticated and gorgeous nightgown in black lace and pink.  I love this color combination.

The nightgown is composed of a sheer layer of nylon with 3 gathered black lace 2-1/2" gathered flounces.  Double looped spaghetti straps. The back is just as striking as the front with 2 layers of flounces.  Tiny elastic under the bustline for a good fit.  The gown has a very full silky feel nylon skirt with a beautiful scalloped black lace hem.

Size: 34 - go by the measurements for a good fit
Approximate Measurements – This means the measurements of the item listed – not of your own figure.  You must be a few inches smaller than the measurements shown.
Bust: 33 - 34 stretched tight
Under bust where it will be the tightest on one: 29 - 32 unstretched
Waist:  29 - 30 stretched tight but leave several inches for movement
Length: extra long 57 - 58
Fabric: Silky smooth nylon with a lovely sheen to it
Care: Hand wash & drip dry
Condition: Very good - a spot on the side of the lower skirt which will probably come out with a wash and some picks on one side of the gown but that is not unusual for a gown this old.  I did not see the picks or the spot until I held it up in a bright outdoor light and neither will anyone else at night unless closely examining it.

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
