Buy the S9887 Dress sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Fitted colour-block dress has bodice with princess seams and bust darts. Dress comes in three lengths and can be made with or without sleeves. Dress A has a neckband. All views have side seam pockets.

This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following format:

Suggested fabrics: Challis, Charmeuse, Crepe, Double Georgette, Lightweight Cotton Blends, Rayon, Silky Types. Interfacing: Lightweight Fusible.

Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design fabrics or shrinkage.

Sizing: W2 (20W-28W), W3 (30W-38W), approx. UK sizes W2 (16/18 – 26), W3 (28 – 34). based on our standardised size chart. Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.
